"In stock" wedding favors, wedding accessories and personalized ribbon orders will process immediately. Shipping will occur within 3 to 7 days. Determine your transit time from "ship date" by visiting our UPS Ship Map.
Domestic orders will ship via UPS & USPS (to a valid address.. not a PO Box) and will, generally, take 2 to 7 business days (e.g. West Coast). Canadian orders will also ship via these 2 freight carriers but it would be wise to allot extra time for any delays at Customs.
Personalized wedding favors, wedding invitations, personalized ribbons and favor tags may take additional 7 to 14 days to complete. Although, our execution team will be unwavering in getting your order to you in a timely manner, please share your event date with us so we can ensure that your favors arrive time for your occasion.
We will do our very best to ship your order within the shipping range for your order. However, West Coast or weighty items may result in a slight shipping rate increase. You will receive notification of the increase prior the shipment of your order.
In the event that our inventory has been depleted of the item you ordered, you will be notified via email. If you do not find a suitable replacement item on our website, you will be issued a full refund (Refund Policy).
