If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased from the Il Bello Italian Favors website you can exchange the merchandise in its original packaging and condition for another product. Replacement merchandise will be shipped via USPS so please allow time for its arrival.
Of course, we also accept returns. Simply email us at info@ilbelloitalianfavors or call us toll free (877) 544-4245 within three days of receiving your order for an "Return Authorization"(no exceptions). No returns will be accepted without a "Return Authorization" and must be indicated on the return shipping label to be accepted by the warehouse. All authorized returns will be accepted as long as the merchandise in its original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Return order must be received within 7 days from issuance of authorization code (no exceptions). Sample orders and partial returns will not be accepted (no exceptions). Return shipping costs will be paid by the client, as well as, incur a 25% restocking fee. Returns received after 7 days will incur a 30% restocking fee.Return orders will not be accepted past 14 days (no exceptions). Only the product cost (less the restocking fee) will be refunded, any shipping and handling charges will be absorbed by the customer. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. We expect that the product(s) will be shipped back within 7 days so that they can be put back into inventory. Please ensure that the merchandise is boxed, as received, to avoid damage to the order upon its return. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.We will reship your order as originally ordered.
