E-mails of high priority level will be handled accordingly.
Sample Orders
Sample orders are not available for every product on our site. Any inquiries regarding obtaining a sample of our product should be made via email to info@ilbelloitalianfavors.com. All inquiries will be addressed within 24 - 48 hours. Orders that do not meet the minimum stated will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover charges by our credit card processing agent transaction fees.

To check on the status of your order, please call us at (877) il bello / 452- 3556, email us by clicking here or use the UPS tracking # provided in your "Your order has shipped" email by utlizing our UPS tracking tool . When emailing us, please include your order number. We will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
