    Il Bello has made and continues to make every effort to ensure that your able to easily move around our website.  We feature pictures of our products, a "view cart" option on every page and if you want to return to the Home page easily just click on the header of any page to get you there.  You will find the perfect wedding favor or party decoration at Il Bello Italian Favors.


    Do you assemble favors?

    We do assemble favors for an extra fee and we also carry all the essentials needed for you to create your own custom favor assembly including  but not limited to favor boxes, tissue paper, glue dots, basket shred, tulle, tulle circle, candy, almonds, ribbons, tags, favor display and more.

    Is my transaction secure?

    Absolutely! All personal and credit information you enter on our site is encrypted by Verisign.  Verisigns' two-factor authentication, self-learning fraud detection, and a powerful validation infrastructure helps provide a secure end-to-end solution.  Simply stated, it takes your credit card information and guarantees to safeguard your personal and credit card information while it is validated by our credit card transaction gateway, Authorize.net.  Authorize.net has been retained to verify that the information you have entered is exactly the information your bank has on file for you.  If any part of the information on file with your bank is entered incorrectly, the transaction will be declined.

    What methods of payment do you accept?

    We currently accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard as our preferred methods of payment.  We will also accept wire transfers which will incur an additional $25 processing fee.  Orders will ship within 3 -5 days business of days of the charge settlement.  We apolgize for the inconvenience but we no longer accept checks or money orders.


    Do your favors come boxed?

    Most of our favors come in a box, some will be in a regular packaging box (most of the time this box is a plain white box) and some are deluxe favor boxes.  There are a few items that come as a case and are not individually boxed.  Most descriptions will indicate whether there is a box or not but if you have a question in regards to the type of box a favor comes in please contact us so we can provide additional details regarding the favor box for that product.  


    Will you be able to obtain an item not presently on your website?

    We value you as a customer so please call us 1 (877) 452-3556 and we will do our best to get you the product you want at a very reasonable price. 


    What is your refund policy?

    Il Bello Italian Favors stands behind every product it sells. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased from the Il Bello Italian Favors website you can exchange the merchandise in its original packaging and condition for another product.  Replacement merchandise will be shipped via USPS so please allow time for its arrival.

    Of course, we also accept returns.  Simply email us at
    info@ilbelloitalianfavors or call us toll free (877) 452-3552 within three days of receiving your order for an "Return Authorization"(no exceptions).  No returns will be accepted without a "Return Authorization" and must be indicated on the return shipping label to be accepted by the warehouse.  All authorized returns will be accepted as long as the merchandise in its original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Return order must be received within 7 days from issuance of authorization code (no exceptions). Sample orders and partial returns will not be accepted (no exceptions). Return shipping costs will be paid by the client, as well as, incur a 25% restocking fee.   Returns received after 7 days will incur a 30% restocking fee.  Return orders will not be accepted past 14 days (no exceptions). Only the product cost (less the restocking fee) will be refunded, any shipping and handling charges will be absorbed by the customer. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.

    In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product., your order has been lost or damaged, please seek out the answer in the FAQ's or contact us directly at 877 452-3556 for further instructions. 

    We expect that the product(s) will be shipped back within 7 days so that they can be put back into inventory.  Items that are not in inventory can not be sold, therefore, any shipment that is not received within 7 days will be recognized as an order and will be charged to the credit card on file until the items are returned and will incur a 15% late penalty fee.  Returns received after 7th day will incur a 25% late penalty fee. Returns will not be accepted past 14 days (no exceptions).  Please ensure that the merchandise is boxed, as received, to avoid damage to the order upon its return.  We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions. We will reship your order as originally ordered.

    We reserve the right to reject a refused order as all returns must be accompanied by a return authorization (no exceptions).  

     


    Do you offer any discount coupons?

    We understand how important it is to present the perfect favor at your event and we make every effort to offer quality products at prices to suit all budgets.  As an additional incentive, we also offer volume discounts, special offers for free tags with a purchase of 100 or more favors, and free shipping on select products along with  below value flat rate shipping.

    What if I need a rush order?

    Our in stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days, however, we will facilitate RUSH ORDERS. 

    We advise you to look at the UPS Ship Map (our preferred freight carrier) to assess whether your order arrive to you in time for your event.  If you need your order to arrive sooner, please call to speak with a representative at  (877) 452-3556 to confirm that the item is in stock and available for expedited shipping.   


    What if I refer someone will I receive a discount towards a future purchase?

    We appreciate your taking the time to refer our site to your friends and family.  In appreciation, we will reward you with a 5% discount on your next purchase with us.  Simply have your friend or relative mention that they were referred to us by you so we can note it on their order. They will be rewarded by receiving an automatic 3% referral discount on their current purchase and all you will be eligible for a 5% discount on your next purchase.  All you have to to is contact us @ 877 452-3556 upon placing your next order with us, tell us who you referred and as it in already in our files, we'll deduct 5% on your favor order (on favors only, shipping excluded). 


    Can I return candy/lollipops or other edible items?

    Understandably, we can not accept any edible products, once delivered.


    Can I cancel my back order?

    Back orders may be cancelled by contacting us at @ 877 452 - 3556 within 7 days of back order notification.  Please request a cancellation authorization code from the representative to have it reflected in your purchase order and begin the refund process.

    Refunds will be processed within 7 - 14 days.    We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service @ 877 - 452 - 3556.


    Is there a minimum purchase limit?

    We originally structured our prices so that our customers would receive the best available price without having to place bulk purchases. However, requests for specific products have resulted in imposing minimum purchase requirements but only because the manufacturers offer better prices if we place orders for complete cases.  We are then able to maintain lower prices and pass that savings onto you.  

    All minimum purchase requirements are noted in the description and must be adhered to.   Orders which do not adhere to the minimum purchase requirements will be subject to a $10 fee (no exceptions) but we understand that you may wish to see the item prior to placing a large order so this fee will be deducted from the final favor order.  Please make sure to mention the fee so that the representative can be deduct the fee from your final order. 

    If you wish to cancel your order, please respond to the email you receive to initiate a refund.  We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.     Do you charge tax?

    By Federal law we are required to charge tax rate for any credit cards with a billing address within New York State.   The current sales tax for New York billing addresses is 8.8375%. As long as the law does not change, all other states will remain tax exempt.


    What if I select an incorrect discount code?

    With your wedding planning expenses in mind, we also provide volume discounts to solidify our committment to ensuring our clients 100% satisfaction when shopping with Il Bello Italian Favors.  
     
    Please see chart below to determine if your ONLINE order (only) qualifies for our volume discount.  Kindly adhere to the discount codes as listed or your order will be adjusted to refelct the correct discount for your order and, additionally, will incur a post transaction processing fee of $5.

    (Volume Discount program restrictions - Discounts CAN NOT be applied to orders already placed, Invitation orders, phone orders, personalized ribbon orders, or sample orders.)

    What is your shipping method?

    Our preferred shipping method are UPS, FedEx and USPS for both domestic and international orders.  We will select the shipping method that will allow us to remain within the shipping rate for your order so that you do not incur any additonal shipping fees.  This may not always be the case so while we would like to remain within the listed flat rate shipping rates we may need to contact you about the additional shipping fee your order has incurred.  You may wish to proceed with the order and the difference will be charge to your credit card or you may cancel your order and initiate a refund.  We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.     A tracking number will be provided for all orders. 


    Can I obtain samples of your products?

    We work hard to furnish our site with quality product images but we understand that you may still wish to request product samples. Please contact us prior to placing any sample orders to ensure that your sample request will be processed.  Orders received which do not adhere to the minimum quantity stated will incur an additional fee of  $10.  This fee will then be deducted from your order so please notify the representative of the charge to have it deducted from your final favor order.

    Note: There are some products where samples are no longer available and will be noted in the  product description.


    How do I file a claim for damaged, defective or missing products?

    All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Il Bello Italian Favors within 3 business days (no exceptions) of receiving your order. Please call our customer service department at 877- 452 - 3556 to initiate a claim.  Products must be available for inspection by UPS/FedEx for a minimum of 7 days from the initiation of the claim.  UPS/USPS/FedEx will contact you to make an appointment to inspect the products in question.

    Please note that Il Bello Italian Favors will assist in filing the initial claim for damaged, defective or missing products but is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx) upon it's return to Il Bello.  Any subsequent claims must be filed by the client with the responsible freight carrier at http://www.ups.com/claims / www.FedEx.com / www.usps.com.

    Replacement orders will not be shipped until shipping carrier has paid the claim, so please allow a minimum of 2 weeks to receive a replacement order.  If you do not wish to receive a replacement for the defective items and prefer to return the product(s), please contact a representative to obtain a return authorization (return authorization codes must be indicated on the return shipping label in order for the return to be accepted by the warehouse). Return the item as instructed by the representative. All authorized returns will be accepted as long as the merchandise in its original packaging and conditionWe reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Return order must be received within 7 days from issuance of authorization code (no exceptions). Non replacement returns will incur a 15% restocking fee and the shipping costs are to be absorbed by the customer. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.     What if my package is lost?

    Il Bello Italian Favors is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However, we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party. Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled.  Replacements will be sent via USPS once the claim has settled and can take up to 2 weeks (especially for order requiring assembly). Refusal of your order may incur a 25% restocking fee (please speak to a representative prior to refusing your order (no exceptions). Refunds will process within 2 weeks and a confirmation will be sent as verification that the refund has processed. Please note that your financial institution may take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.     How do I change or cancel my order?

    You may change or cancel your order by calling us @ 877 452 - 3556 (only) within 24 hours as long as the order has not been processed.  If the order has been processed, there will be a 15% restocking fee (no exceptions). Please note: Personalized items are processed as they are received and will incur a $25 cancellation fee.



    Will I receive a shipment confirmation of my order?

    Once your Il Bello Italian Favor order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation of your order. This email will contain details of your order including your order number, product description and total amount paid. You will receive a second email once your order is shipped.  This email will contain your tracking number.


    How long will it take to receive the orders?

    If the item you ordered is in stock it will ship within 3 to 5 business days. Normal US shipping time is 1-7 days from our warehouse.   We provide a shipping timetable on our home page to help determine shipping time. Understandably, back ordered or personalized orders may take longer.   You will be notified if an item in on back order and when to expect your shipment.  If a back order shipment is unacceptable you can cancel your order (please obtain a cancellation code for your records).

    A refund will process within 7 - days business days.  We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.     Il Bello Italian Favors is on the lookout for unique and exceptional favors to provide to our clientele.     Do you ship internationally?

    No, we do not ship international or internationally based credit card orders at this time. 

    Please note the shipping rates shown are for domestic shipments only.  An attempt to place an international will be declined.

    What if a product description is wrong?

    Il Bello Italian Favors and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Il Bello Italian Favors does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.


    What happens if I refuse to accept my order?

    Please see our policy regarding Returns, Loss or Damage.


    Are your favors already giftwrapped?

    No, giftwrapping is extra.

    However, should you require a favor enhancer i.e. tulle cluster, confetti favor, etc. those will be made available at discounted prices*.   Contact a favor specialist @ info@ilbelloitalianfavors.com to custom design your favor enhancer at the discounted price.
