Il Bello has made and continues to make every effort to ensure that your able to easily move around our website. We feature pictures of our products, a "view cart" option on every page and if you want to return to the Home page easily just click on the header of any page to get you there. Do you assemble favors?
We do assemble favors for an extra fee and we also carry all the essentials needed for you to create your own custom favor assembly including but not limited to favor boxes, tissue paper, glue dots, basket shred, tulle, tulle circle, candy, almonds, ribbons, tags, favor display and more.

Is my transaction secure?
Absolutely! All personal and credit information you enter on our site is encrypted. We will not sell or divulge any personal information ... ever!
Additionally, you may notice when you click to checkout on our website that you are redirected to the URL https://www.secure.systemsecure.com. The company info for the VeriSign certificate is for our webhost company and our VeriSign Certificate is shared by all their members, including us. All checkout pages are secure.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Checks and Money Orders. Note: If you choose to pay via Check, your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared, once cleared allow 3-5 business days for shipment.
Do your favors come boxed?
Most of our favors come boxed but we do have a few items that may be boxed in one masterbox . Please call 877-452-3556 to verify if the product, you're intersted in, comes in its own favorl box.
Will you be able to obtain an item not presently on your website?
We value you as a customer so please call us 1 (877) 452-3556 and we will do our best to get you the product you want at a very reasonable price.
What is your refund policy?
Il Bello Italian Favors stands behind every product it sells. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased from the Il Bello Italian Favors website you can exchange the merchandise in its original packaging and condition for another product. Replacement merchandise will be shipped via USPS so please allow time for its arrival.
Of course, we also accept returns. Simply email us at info@ilbelloitalianfavors or call us toll free (877) 452-3552 within three days of receiving your order for an "Return Authorization"(no exceptions). All authorized returns will be accepted as long as the merchandise in its original packaging and condition. No returns will be accepted without a "Return Authorization". We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Sample orders and partial returns will not be accepted (no exceptions). Return shipping costs will be paid by the client, as well as, incur a 15% restocking fee. Only product cost will be refunded, any shipping and handling charges will be absorbed by the customer.
Understandably, personalized or custom made items can not be exchanged or refunded.

What if I need a rush order?
We will do everything possible to get your order expedited as quickly as possible in such instances so please call us (877) 452-3556 to check stock availability or simply choose the number of days you require your item within during the checkout process.
What if I refer someone will I receive a discount towards a future purchase?
Yes, please make sure to tell your friends, relatives, etc. about us and we'll reward you by offering you a 5% coupon off your next purchase with us. Just make sure you have them mention your name and email address to the representative and we'll forward you a coupon for future use.
Is there a minimum purchase limit?
We originally structured our prices so that our customers would receive the best available price without having to place bulk purchases. However, requests for specific products have resulted in imposing minimum purchase requirements but only because the manufacturers offer better prices if we place orders for complete cases. We are then able to maintain lower prices and pass that savings onto you.

Do you charge tax?
We are required to charge tax within New York State (8.375%). All other states are tax exempt.
What is your shipping method?
Our preferred shipping method for domestic shipments is via UPS, as we are offered a discounted rate because of our volume shipping. Our preferred shipping method for international shipments is via USPS but shipping via UPS can also be arranged.

A tracking number will be provided for all orders.
Also note, for your protection and ours, we are only able to ship to the bill to address on your credit card.
Can I obtain samples of your products?
We work hard to furnish our site with quality product images but we understand that you may still wish to request product samples. Please contact us prior to placing any sample orders to ensure that your sample request will be processed.
Note: There are some products where samples are no longer available and will be noted in the product description.
How do I file a claim for damaged, defective or missing products?
All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Il Bello Italian Favors within 3 business days (no exceptions) of receiving your order. Please call our customer service department at 877- 452 - 3556 to initiate a claim. Products must be available for inspection by UPS/FedEx for a minimum of 7 days from the initiation of the claim. UPS/USPS/FedEx will contact you to make an appointment to inspect the products in question.
Please note that Il Bello Italian Favors will assist in filing the initial claim for damaged, defective or missing products but is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx) upon it's return to Il Bello. Any subsequent claims must be filed by the client at http://www.ups.com/claims.
Replacement orders will not be shipped until shipping carrier has paid the claim, so please allow a minimum of 2 weeks to receive a replacement order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours as long as the order has not been processed. Personalized items are processed, as they are received. If the order has been processed, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made. Any cancellations on personalized orders are subject to a $15 cancellation fee.
Will I receive a shipment confirmation of my order?
Once your Il Bello Italian Favor order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation of your order. This email will contain details of your order including your order number, product description and total amount paid. You will receive a second email once your order is shipped. This email will contain your UPS tracking number with a link to UPS to track your package.
How long will it take to receive the orders?
If the item you ordered is in stock it will ship within 1 to 5 business days. Normal US shipping time is 1-7 days from our warehouse. Understandably, back ordered or personalized orders may take longer (please see individual item descriptions).
